- Snape Maltings: late March or early April depending on tide and weather

- Orford: starts mid-May

## Key policies

- Boats are open (no cover) — wear weather-appropriate clothing
- All boats are MCA-licensed; life jackets carried on board, worn in emergencies
- Dogs welcome; pushchairs, buggies and bulky luggage cannot be carried
- Wheelchairs cannot fit on board; wheelchair users welcome if they can board with assistance
- Children aged 1+ require a booking (MCA passenger rules)
- Trips run in light rain; cancellation only for unsafe wind conditions
- If we cancel: choice of full refund or rebook
- If passenger doesn't travel but boat runs: ticket forfeit
